The method I am using to hack these cams are called Googledorks what a Googledork is, is using google searches to find stuff that other people might not want you looking at.
Click on the links below it will take you to a google search and on that page will be results of a load of unsecured network cams and some of them with controls. If you are using IE you will need to install the ActiveX that will pop up when you are trying to view one of these cams other wise it will just stay blank and you won't be able to view the cam. If the image below is blank you will need to install the ActiveX. Firefox users you won't need to install anything but you might want to get this extension called Flagfox a very cool extension that allows you to see what country the website you are viewing is from(or cams in your case) and also if you click on the flag it will take you to a google map pinpointing where they are, so you can get an birds eye view to.
